Serving as the original reception rooms and guest accommodation for the manor, the property now provides grand self-contained accommodation for 20 adults, with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Further single beds, camp beds and cots which can be provided for children and infants with scope to sleep over 20. If required, an additional 4 or 6 guests can be accommodated in the Northcourt (east wing) bedrooms which are interlinked and accessed from the first floor.
The ground floor includes entrance hallway; fully equipped kitchen/diner with range cooker and seating for up to 16 adults, with adjoined breakfast room and additional seating for 8 people; living room with wood burning stove and digital tv; ground floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom; washroom; and double height ‘music room’ containing a grand piano, which can be adapted as a play room with table tennis table, or as a formal dining room, seating up to 50+ people.
The first floor includes one large bedroom, with adjoined dressing room which can accommodate child single beds or cot, and ensuite bathroom; an additional large bedroom with ensuite bathroom; and a further bedroom with ensuite shower room.
The second floor includes three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; a bedroom with extra single bed adjoining a further twin bedroom and separate bathroom. This floor also includes a family room with small kitchen, sofa and chairs, TV and DVD player, and laundry facilities.
Externally, a large outdoor terrace is accessible from the music room and provides a southerly, sheltered outlook with table and chairs for 18. The 3 acre paddock at the front of the house when not stocked, can be used for barbecues, ball games and informal play (shared with Little Northcourt). Access to the wider 15 acre manor gardens and the grass tennis court is welcome within certain times of the day. Parking is provided alongside the drive <50m from the front of the house.
Linen is provided throughout the property, with fresh sheets, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels. During the winter, the fire is pre-laid with paper, kindling and a complimentary basket of logs provided for guests. Further seasoned logs from the estate are available to purchase. Electricity and heating are included as standard.
Free high-speed fibre broadband is available from a centrally located wifi hub located on the ground floor.
